Background
invigor8 is a specialist Employee Engagement Performance Consultancy supporting organisations to drive business performance, implement change and engage with their employees. The company has successfully invested in a number of event-based marketing activities but wanted to further supplement this with further business development initiatives throughout the year.

What we did
Maine Associates were engaged to support the management team in developing a business development strategy that delivered extra firepower for new business, ensuring integrating with existing online and offline marketing channels.

Through a series of facilitated sessions, Maine Associates helped invigor8 identify new customer segments, map out the buying circle for each and further distill its key messages for each discrete buyer persona.

Maine Associates then managed an integrated telephone and email outreach campaign, using jointly developed content and collateral. Objectives for each campaign were to uncover immediate new business opportunities, build a database for ongoing lead nurturing activity and signpost invigor8’s LinkedIn group to drive social media engagement with its target market.

Results
invigor8 engaged Maine Associates twice over a 9 month period, generating 18 new business opportunities, a robust revenue pipeline in excess of £50,000 and securing £20,000 in client wins to date. Maine Associates continues to work with invigor8 on lead nurturing initiatives and managed outreach campaigns integrated with invigor8’s broader marketing mix.
