Q: What is your engagement
model?
A:
We adopt a flexible, bespoke approach to each client engagement.
A small project could be a one day strategy workshop. At the
other end of the spectrum we deliver outsourced business development
programmes on a rolling six month contract.
Q: What are your fees?
A:
Small projects are delivered on fixed fees. Longer term engagements
combine lower fixed fees with a performance element paid against
agreed targets and deliverables. The can either be a fixed
success fee or % commission of generated revenue.
Q: Who will be working
with my business?
A:
All programmes are lead by David
Regler. We always introduce you to any members of our
team who will be partnering with you.
Q: What reporting do
you provide?
A:
On every client engagement we provide regular reporting against
the plan. We have our own hosted CRM system or we can work
with your in-house CRM platform (as long as we have remote
access). If we are working in our own CRM we give you with
full access to view all activity, dashboards and custom reports
which you can download in excel, CSV or PDF formats. Our CRM
solution can also be integrated with Salesforce.com to update
leads and contacts automatically.
