Here
are answers to common questions asked about our new business
development services:
Q: What is your fee
model?
A:
Our model combines fixed fees with a performance element which
you only pay us when we deliver agreed results.
Q: Who will be working
on my account?
A:
We believe that selection of the right people is essential.
Before we start we will introduce you to your team on a conference
call. The focus of this call is to brief our associate(s)
on your proposition & positioning as well as the outputs,
logistics and reporting for the campaign. Throughout the engagement
the same people will work with you. This means that we build
a relationship with you over time, retain continuity on your
campaign and maximise our joint investment in learning about
your business
Q: Can your people
work in our offices?
A:
No. All our people work remotely.
Q: What reporting do
you provide?
A:
On every client engagement, whether it's an individual campaign
or ongoing retainer, we provide regular reporting. For small
campaigns we simply use spreadsheets
to record notes and lead stages. For larger campaigns we either
use our own hosted CRM system or can work with your own CRM
platform (as long as we have remote access) such as Salesforce.com.
By utilising CRM software you can have direct access to our
call notes, as well as live activity reports and lead status.
In addition, we host regular conference calls to feedback
on progress and develop our working relationship with your
team.
Q: What client sectors
have you worked with?
A:
We've worked with technology vendors and business services
firms across various disciplines, including management consultancy,
marketing services, digital & PR agencies through to training
services, executive coaching and organisational development.

Q: What companies can
you get us into?
A:
Our specialty is opening doors with senior decision makers
in targeted businesses. These are usually mid-sector and major
corporates. Occasionally, we target smaller companies in strategic
client verticals. Essentially, if you have a wish-list - we'll
get you in!
